EDGE 2025 Call for Sessions

Presenting at EDGE 2025 is a unique opportunity to educate and engage an audience of over 2,700 global supply chain professionals from 30+ countries and industries. Each year, EDGE delivers 100+ sessions tailored to an audience where 66% are decision-makers, making it the premier platform for thought leadership and collaboration in the supply chain space.
Submit your session idea to contribute to the dynamic educational programming of EDGE 2025 in National Harbor, Maryland.
Session ideas should align with one or more of the EDGE 2025 Educational Tracks. Review the timeline & requirements below before making your submission.
Stage 1: Submission Period: February 3 – March 9 (@ 11pm CT)
Submit your session ideas during this period. Third party, late, or incomplete sessions will not be considered. All submissions must be submitted through this portal; submissions received via email will not be considered.
A session is considered complete if it has a:
Ensure your session submission meets our guidelines and criteria to increase the chance of being selected to appear in our educational programming.
Stage 2: Committee Review by March 21
Each submission is reviewed and evaluated by the EDGE Conference Committee who are looking for sessions that address current issues and trends with relevant data, experience, and application in addition to customers who can support the objective. Sessions that meet all guidelines and criteria are more likely to be selected.
The EDGE Committee will review and evaluate the submitted session ideas and elevate the approved sessions to the Sessions Library for the Track Chairs to make their selections.
Stage 3: Session Selection by April 10
After Committee reviews are completed, our volunteer Track Chairs will review and consider all approved proposals for selection into their assigned track. No submission proposal is ever guaranteed. Sessions that are not selected will be considered for other opportunities either within EDGE or CSCMP’s Roundtables. Session submitters will be notified of their submission status by May 2.
Stage 4: Sessions Considered Final by May 30
By this date, all tracks and sessions are considered 'final'. 'Final' means that the Track Chair has confirmed all speakers, as well as the session titles and descriptions*. At this point, session promotion in the EDGE website will begin. If the session isn’t final by this date, it will not be promoted in printed materials.
