Your guest room is steps away from the EDGE 2022 conference and exhibition location! CSCMP offers a block of reduced-rate guest rooms at the Gaylord Opryland & Convention Center. The contracted rate is $229++ for single/double occupancy and includes the $25.00 resort fee. The last day to reserve your guest room is August 27, 2022.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Marriott Bonvoy number, and have made reservations, you will see the resort fee charged on your receipt for your deposit. Since the resort fee is included in your room rate, it will not be charged on your final bill.

When you make a reservation in CSCMP's conference room block, you enhance our ability to negotiate preferential pricing for future conferences. Not only will that save you money for accommodations in the future, it will also help to keep conference registration fees stable and affordable. Please make your reservation count by booking with us.
EDGE Registration Required
Any guest room reservation without an EDGE 2022 registration will be cancelled by July 28, 2022. You will still have time to rebook with the discounted rates (based on availability) through August 27, 2022.
Company or Group Room Block
Should your company or group require 10 or more guest rooms, you will need to submit a Room Block Request Credit Card Authorization Form.
Once the form is submitted, CSCMP will review. Once approved, Stacey Eakes, with Gaylord Opryland, will contact you. A complete rooming list that includes everyone's first and last name must be received on/by July 28. Rooming lists may be emailed; however, the credit card form MUST be faxed for security purposes. Rooms are not confirmed until the requestor receives a confirmation email from Stacey Eakes.
Be Aware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Be aware of housing poachers and resellers. These companies will entice attendees and exhibitors with hotel rates lower than ours and will attach hidden fees costing you or your company more. THIS IS A SCAM!
Reserving your guest room at the Gaylord Opryland, through the EDGE 2022 official housing website, ensures you will be collaborating with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees. While other hotel resellers may call or email you offering hotel room accommodations, these are not endorsed by or affiliated with CSCMP or EDGE 2022.
Be aware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly financial repercussions. We suggest reserving your guest rooms through the EDGE 2022 guest reservation website for your safety.
