The contracted room block is now closed at the Gaylord Palms. You may be able to reserve rooms directly on their website at www.marriott.com. CSCMP offers conference attendees the guaranteed lowest rate available at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center during EDGE 2023 dates. Reserve with CSCMP to be at the center of the event’s action – at the best price – with the fewest penalties and restrictions.

The contracted rate is $264++ for single/double occupancy and includes the $30.00 resort fee. The last day to reserve your guest room is Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Your guest room is steps away from the EDGE 2023 conference and exhibition location!

To access the link for hotel booking, attendees will first need to register for EDGE 2023. Once you have finished the registration process you will find a link to the Gaylord reservation site. We encourage you to register for EDGE and then reserve your guest room early before the room block sells out.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

Be aware of housing poachers and resellers. These companies will entice attendees and exhibitors with hotel rates lower than ours and will attach hidden fees costing you or your company more. THIS IS A SCAM!

Reserving your guest room at the Gaylord Palms, through the EDGE 2023 official housing process, ensures you will be collaborating with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees. While other hotel resellers may call or email you offering hotel room accommodations, these are not endorsed by or affiliated with CSCMP or EDGE 2023.

Be aware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly financial repercussions. We suggest reserving your guest rooms once you have registered for EDGE 2023. If you have already registered for EDGE, and still need to reserve your room, go into your registration record and follow the prompts to the hotel reservation link.

Guest Room Block for 10 or More Rooms

Your company/organization may reserve 10 rooms or more rooms per night up to 15 rooms per night at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center.

Submit the completed form, via email to Meetings@cscmp.org. CSCMP will review it for approval. Once approved by CSCMP, a Gaylord Palms representative will contact you. Rooms are not reserved until you receive a confirmation email from the representative at the Gaylord. If none is received within 10 days of submitting the form, please contact Meetings@cscmp.org. The Gaylord Palms will obtain credit card payment using a PCI-compliant secure link (no involvement from CSCMP staff). All names must be provided to the hotel on/by Monday, July 24, 2023.

The rate for EDGE 2023 is $264.00 single/double occupancy, plus applicable state, local, and any occupancy taxes - which are approximately 14.5% (subject to change).
