Hosting an Affiliate Event at EDGE 2025

Thank you for your support of CSCMP and EDGE 2025! We are thrilled that you’ve chosen our event as an opportunity to build relationships and grow your business during the conference.

If your organization or company is planning to host an event during EDGE 2025—whether at the Gaylord National or an offsite location—you must submit the Affiliate Event Space form. EDGE 2025 provides an excellent setting to connect with clients through meetings, receptions, and dinners, with space available throughout the Gaylord (see link at the bottom of page) and the contracted EDGE event areas.

To secure event space, please complete the form at the link below. Kindly refrain from reaching out to the Gaylord directly, as they will only be able to assist once they receive your approved request.

Eligibility Requirements

To reserve space, your organization must meet at least one of the following criteria at the time of form submission:

  • Be a paid Exhibitor in the EDGE 2025 Supply Chain Exchange
  • Have a secured Sponsorship for EDGE 2025
  • Be a CSCMP Corporate Member
  • Have three (3) or more attendees from your organization currently registered for EDGE 2025

Event Space Fee & Payment Terms

  • The fee for holding an event is $1,250 per event.
  • Your space confirmation email will include a link to the credit card payment authorization form.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reserved space will be released.

Permitted Event Schedule

Events may only take place during the following timeframes:

  • Sunday, October 5: Ends by 4:30 pm / Starts after 8:00 pm
  • Monday, October 6: Ends by 8:15 am / Starts after 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday, October 7: Ends by 8:15 am / Starts after 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday, October 8: Ends by 8:15 am / Starts after 11:30 am

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel the event 45 days or more before the event date, a full refund, minus a $300.00 administrative fee, will occur.
  • The fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled 44 days or less before the event date.
