The contracted rate is $299++ for single/double occupancy and includes the $27.00 resort fee. The resort fee includes:

• Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access for up to six (6) devices 
• Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network 
• Unlimited local and long-distance calls 
• Bottled water (2 daily) replenished once daily with housekeeping service 
• Daily credit of up to $10 per room towards dry cleaning (credit is not cumulative through stay) 

Secure your stay within the EDGE 2025 conference room block to support CSCMP's ability to negotiate favorable rates for future events. Please make your reservation count by reserving your room directly through CSCMP. The deadline for reserving a room is Monday, September 15, 2025.

To access the link for hotel booking, attendees will first need to register for EDGE 2025. Once you have finished the registration process, you will find a link to the Gaylord reservation site. We encourage you to register for EDGE and then reserve your guest room early before the room block sells out.

Tax Policy

Room rates shown do not include $14.95 city tax per night, 7% hotel tax per night and 6% state tax per night (subject to change), parking and any applicable resort fees. Total charges presented on the website will include all room taxes but not any applicable parking charges or resort fees. 
 
RESORT FEES: A resort fee of $27 per day, per room, will be posted to your account upon check-in (unless contracted differently) including the following:

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are charged a one-night room and tax deposit after booking. If you are unable to honor your reservation, please cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date or your first night. Otherwise, the Gaylord will retain the room and tax deposit.

Child Policy
Children 11 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.

Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

Please be cautious of housing poachers and resellers. These companies may offer discounted hotel rates but often include hidden fees, costing you or your company more than our contracted rates.

By reserving your room for EDGE 2025 through the official process, you ensure you are collaborating with a reputable provider, safeguarding your credit card information, and gaining access to all services available to conference attendees. Financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may lead to unexpected and costly repercussions.
