Code of Conduct

It is the policy of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (“CSCMP”) that all attendees of CSCMP-hosted meetings, events, and all other activities are expected to exhibit respectful, professional, and collegial behavior during such meetings, events, and activities (the “Policy”). The Policy applies to all CSCMP events, including but not limited to conferences, seminars, dinners, receptions, social gatherings, and networking events (“CSCMP Events”) and to social gatherings held in connection with CSCMP Events. Substitution/Transfer Policy

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to someone from the same company.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted by the original registrant
  • All transfer requests must be made by email to edge@agilebme.com
  • Email communication must include the original registrant's name and the full contact information of the replacement, including their name, title, address, and email address.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received by:
    – August 15, 2025, 11:59 pm CST: Receive a full refund (less $100 administrative fee)
    – August 31, 2025, 11:59 pm CST: Receive a 50% refund
    – September 1, 2025, or later: No refunds will be accepted
  • All cancellations must be made by e-mail to edge@agilebme.com
  • Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the sole responsibility of the registrant
