Guest Room Block (10+ Rooms) – Gaylord National Resort

We’re delighted to offer your company or organization the opportunity to reserve up to 15 rooms per night at the Gaylord National Resort for EDGE 2025. If you require 9 or fewer rooms, please use the standard booking process after individual registration.

How to Reserve

Complete the request form and submit it for approval.
If approved, a Gaylord representative will reach out to confirm your reservation. Rooms are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 21 days, please follow up by emailing meetings@agilebme.com.

Important Deadlines:

Guest names must be submitted by July 21, 2025.
Any unnamed rooms will be canceled on July 22, 2025.
Guest rooms will remain available through the standard registration process until Monday, September 15, 2025.

Rate:

$299 per night (single/double), including the resort fee. Taxes (~14.5%) apply.
